Mortal Kombat II trailer released

The usual Mortal Kombat’s beloved champions — now joined by Johnny Cage, played by Karl Urban — must face off in a final showdown to overthrow the dark reign of Shao Kahn, whose power threatens the very survival of Earthrealm and its defenders.

Following on from the 2021 reboot, this game based, martial arts fantasy film is due to be released 24th October 2025.

Mortal Kombat II is set to build on the tournament that many fans thought were lacking from the first film, and with a new roster of characters to mix with familiar faces returning. It promises to deliver amazing fight scenes and true-to-game gory fatalities.
